By placing the galley along the side, we were able to provide a large working counter. Storage was optomized with as many drawers and doors as possible. Notice that all the doors are louvred to allow for ventilation plus extra vents around the refrigeration unit.

On the hard, you can see how the full keel protects the propeller and rudder. A must feature for serious cruising. The swim platform is also a safe cruising requirment for getting on and off the boat, be it from the dingy or onto a dock.

Clean entry forward, built in splash rail and slight artistic flare makes for an attractive bow. This hull is easier to push through the water, requiring less HP, than any Cape Island style semi-displacement hull.

Opting for a dinette arrangement to allow comfortable formal dining for four adults. The large 42 x 42 table has two hi/low bases, top is made of high density laminate with solid teak rails. The seating is elevated, makes getting in and out easier and for a better view out the windows.

Port side of the wheelhouse this double jump seat is elevated to give a "stand up" view over the dash, sits two comfortably, has a folding "step up" and storage under with an "easy to get at storage" through the lower louvre side door.

With a specific need for a second washroom, this head with shower is a central fit and provides the convenience when guests are on board.

Stainless steel ship's stove with propane burners and oven. Notice the propane gas control panel equipped with a gas sniffer that automatically alarms and shuts off the propane when a leak is detected.

Forward cabin access is through these two teak doors and flip up lid. When closed up, the louvres provide proper ventilation.

Helm chair is fully adjustable and equipped with a foot rest. Chair can be pull back to allow for stand up steering or swivelled in front of the chart table.

Vee berth allowed for a second head down below and opposite side a closet/hanging locker. This vee berth is 9 feet on the diagional and 6 feet across. More like two super single beds. Forward of the crash bulkhead is the chain locker and electric windlass installation.

The white panels hide the electrical and hydraulic installation. For service, these panels slide aside or can be lifted out.

Under way and during sea trials, this boat with the 210 HP marine diesel engine did 13.6 knots.

The aft cockpit has two cushioned bench seats used for storage and a step up to the side deck. It has a transon door and a Dutch style cabin door. The cockpit sides are high to make it safe when under way.
